This Half-Bridge Driver Module is a low-voltage power management solution designed to drive a wide range of applications, including DC motors, DC-DC converters, and other inductive and resistive loads. The module is engineered to operate within a load supply voltage range of up to 48V DC and can handle a maximum load current of 5A, making it an ideal choice for various low-voltage power management applications. The design utilizes low-cost N-channel MOSFETs, specifically the IRFZ44, which provide a reliable and efficient switching performance. Barrier terminal blocks are employed for the load power input, while a header connector is used for the gate driver supply and input signal. The driver operates with a single PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) signal, and the SD (Shutdown) pin is enabled by default with an internal pull-up resistor. To disable the output, simply connect the SD pin to the ground. The board supports the use of either TO220 or TO247 MOSFETs, with two IRFZ44PBF MOSFETs (60V, 50A, 0.028 ohm) used in this particular design. This flexibility allows for easy adaptation to different application requirements.

The Isolated Half-Bridge with Current Sense is a compact power electronics module designed to drive two IGBTs in a half-bridge configuration. Each gate driver channel uses an NCD57085DR2G single-channel gate driver IC from onsemi, paired with an R12P21509D isolated DC-DC converter module that generates the +15 V / –9 V bias required for proper IGBT operation.
This is a fully isolated half-bridge gate driver module that can be configured according to the user’s voltage and current requirements. The design consists of two galvanically isolated single-channel gate driver 1ED3124MC12H ICs and a dedicated 2X isolated DC-DC power supply that provides a bipolar output of +15 V / –9 V, 2X IKW15N120BH6 IGBT, and LMV331 comparator and shunt resistor for over current detection.
This fully isolated half-bridge driver is designed for high-voltage applications up to 1kV. It features 2 x 2W isolated DC-DC converters to independently power the low-side and high-side switching elements. The board is assembled with 1.2KV IGBTs, Two power LEDs provide visual indication of power presence for both the low-side and high-side gate drivers. The signal ground is galvanically isolated from the power ground, allowing it to be connected to any potential up to 2.5kV. Barrier connectors are provided for the load and its power supply. A screw terminal connector facilitates the 12V DC input for the gate driver circuitry. A LM78M05 regulator provides a 5V supply to the logic side of the gate driver input circuit. A header connector allows for PWM input via channels A and B, as well as enable/disable control.

This is an over-current trip switch. It provides protection to a load when over current condition occurs. Basically, the project trips the relay when there is a short circuit or the load starts drawing much current. When the condition is favorable, press the tactile switch to power the load again. The threshold voltage of the comparator is 0.6V, the over-current limit can be adjusted using the trimmer Potentiometer PR1. Operating supply 12V DC @ 80mA when the relay is ON, load supply 0V to 48V.
